We want to make the return process simple and transparent.

This policy distinguishes between:

•      Right of withdrawal (reconsideration): for online purchases made by consumers;

•      Defective or non-compliant products: managed by legal warranty.

1) Right of withdrawal (consumers only)

If you are purchasing as a consumer (a natural person who buys for non-professional purposes, no tax invoice from us but only a receipt), you can exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days from the date you received the products, without having to provide reasons, except for the exceptions indicated below.

If, on the other hand, you buy with a VAT number or as a company/professional, the withdrawal rules provided for consumers do not apply.

2) How to request a return

To start the procedure, send us a request to:

Requested Item: "Return Request – Order [number and/or code]"

It indicates:

  • Order number
  • Item(s) and quantity
  • Reason for return (optional, but useful to improve our service)
  • Telephone number (so we can contact you more easily)

To properly manage the logistics, we will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (NAR).

It is sufficient that the notice of withdrawal reaches us within 14 days.

3) When do I have to send the return?

You have 14 days from the notice of withdrawal for shipping.

4) Conditions and condition of returned products

You can open the packaging and handle the product for the time strictly necessary to verify its nature, characteristics and operation, as you would do in a physical store.

You must return the items:

  • intact and complete with any components/accessories;
  • properly packed for transport in the original packaging.

If the manipulation goes beyond what is necessary for the verification, a proportionate and justified deduction may be applied for a decrease in value (depreciation).

5) Who pays the return costs?

The direct costs of return and the risks of return transport are borne by the Customer.

6) Refunds: times and methods

The refund is made:

  • within 10 days from the day we receive the goods.

What we refund

  • the price of the returned products. If the manipulation goes beyond what is necessary for the verification, a proportionate and justified deduction may be applied for a decrease in value (depreciation).
  • any standard delivery charges associated with your order.

How we refund

The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed.

7) Products excluded from withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to custom-made or personalizzati goods, for example:

  • products made/printed according to customer specifications;
  • personalizzati items with logos, texts, dedicated colors or processes carried out on request.

For personalizzati products, once the draft has been approved or the customization specifications have been confirmed, the right of withdrawal lapses. When the order enters processing, it can no longer be cancelled and returned. Returns of food products are not possible.

8) Exchanges of goods

We do not make direct changes. If you want an alternative item, you can:

  • return the unwanted item according to the withdrawal procedure (if applicable);
  • place a new order.

9) Defective or non-compliant products (legal warranty)

If the product is defective or non-compliant (incorrect, damaged, defective item), the request is handled by legal warranty.
