On ChartaRè you can choose between several secure payment methods. The methods actually available for your order are shown in the checkout before confirming your purchase.
ChartaRè is a trademark of Rossi Carta S.r.l.
Orders placed on www.chartare.com, payments and related invoices are then managed by Rossi Carta S.r.l.
We do not charge surcharges based on the payment method you choose.
Credit, debit and prepaid cards
You can pay via the Numia secure gateway with major accepted credit, debit and prepaid cards, including:
- Visa;
- Mastercard;
- Maestro;
- American Express;
- JCB
During payment, the card-issuing bank may request additional confirmation of identity via the 3D Secure security system.
The complete card data are transmitted directly to the payment provider and are not stored by Rossi Carta S.r.l.
Your card will be charged when your order is confirmed to have been shipped.
If the order cannot be accepted or shipped, any amount already charged will be refunded in full.
PayPal
You can pay using your PayPal account.
During the process, you will be directed to PayPal's secure environment, where you can log in to your account and confirm your payment.
The amount is normally charged by PayPal at the time of ordering.
PayPal may also propose, when available to the Customer and for the selected purchase:
- card payment;
- payment in 3 installments;
- other methods managed directly by PayPal.
The availability of installment payment or other options depends solely on the terms and conditions and the assessment made by PayPal.
If the order cannot be accepted or shipped, Rossi Carta S.r.l. will arrange for a full refund of the amount collected.
Advance bank transfer
You can pay by bank transfer using the following details:

In the reason for payment, indicate:
ChartaRè Order No. [Order Number]
The transfer must be made within 5 working days of placing the order.
The order is processed after the actual payment has been credited, which can normally take a few working days. The preparation and delivery times therefore start from the date of credit.
If payment is not received within the specified period, the order may be cancelled.
Marking
For deliveries in Italy, cash payment may be available directly to the courier.
The mark:
- it is available exclusively for shipments in Italy;
- it can be used for orders up to € 350.00 including VAT;
- it must be paid in cash;
- It cannot be paid by cheque.
The courier may not have change. We therefore ask you to prepare the exact amount.
The flag is shown in the checkout only when it is available for the selected order and destination.
Secure payments
Electronic payments are managed by specialized operators through protected systems.
Rossi Carta S.r.l. never asks you to communicate by e-mail:
- the full card number;
- the security code;
- bank passwords;
- PayPal credentials.
