ChartaRè offers several secure payment methods for your online purchases. No surcharge is applied based on the payment method chosen, pursuant to Article 62 of the Consumer Code and the PSD2 Directive.
Credit card and debit card
We accept the main cards from international networks: Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express. Prepaid cards are also accepted (Postepay and other rechargeable cards on the Visa and Mastercard networks).
Payments are processed through the secure Numia payment gateway with 256-bit SSL encryption and 3D Secure 2.0 protocol (Verified by Visa / Mastercard SecureCode). Credit card details are transmitted directly to the banking network and are never stored on our servers.
The card is charged when the order shipment is confirmed.
PayPal
You can pay using your PayPal account. When placing the order, the Customer is redirected to the secure PayPal platform to complete the payment. There is no need to provide credit card details. The amount is charged immediately to the PayPal account.

For customers who prefer payment by bank transfer:

Please state: "Order no. [order number]" as the payment reference. Shipment will take place after the payment has been received (generally within 2-3 working days). The transfer must be made within 5 working days from the date the order is placed.
Cash on delivery
You may pay in cash directly to the courier upon delivery. The cash on delivery service is available exclusively for shipments within Italy, for orders with a total amount not exceeding € 350.00 VAT included. An additional fee of € 5.00 + VAT applies to the cash on delivery service; this amount will be added to the shipping costs and shown in the order summary before confirmation. The courier cannot provide change, so you must prepare the exact amount. Cash on delivery payment by bank cheque is not accepted.
