Journalist: Good morning, Mr. Colucci. The history of Rossi Carta is long and eventful. Can you tell us what was the common thread that united the different generations at the helm of the company?

Domenico Colucci: Good morning. The common thread that has always accompanied our history is the VAT number, which has never changed. This symbol of continuity represents the transfer of responsibility from one generation to the next. Rossi Carta is, in fact, the professional history of people who have succeeded one another, keeping alive the spirit and dedication to work of those who preceded them.

Journalist: The figure of the founder, Vittorio Rossi, is central to this story. How would you describe it?

Domenico Colucci: Vittorio Rossi was the soul of our company. A hardworking man, who dedicated much of his life to paper processing. He was ambitious and courageous, and he understood that in order to grow he needed to surround himself with equally competent and courageous people. He was not only looking for workers, but partners with whom to share the journey, people who could bring not only capital, but also experience and talent.

Journalist: How did Vittorio Rossi's vision influence the company?

Domenico Colucci: Your vision has transformed Rossi Carta from a small laboratory into a real company, with specific skills and business units. Vittorio knew how to produce, but perhaps he didn't have the time to sell, and for this reason he always looked for excellent craftsmen and salespeople to create a balance between internal workers and external salespeople. This strategy has enabled the company to grow sustainably and maintain a high level of excellence.

Journalist: There have been many pivotal moments in the history of Rossi Carta. Could you highlight some of them?

Domenico Colucci: Certainly. The company was officially founded on March 18, 1963 as "Rossi Vittorio e Salvi Egisto snc". Over the years, there have been numerous significant changes, such as the entry of new partners, the evolution into Rossi Carta snc in 2004 and my entry in 2012 as a partner and CEO. Since then, we have launched the rossicarta.it e-commerce site and created the RedsPaper brand for our production unit. Recently, in 2023, the RedsPaper unit moved to a larger site, increasing our production capacity.

Journalist: You recently changed the name of your online store from RossiCarta to ChartaRe.com. What prompted you to make this change?

Domenico Colucci: The name change was a necessary step to reflect the evolution of our company. RossiCarta was born as an online supplier for the Italian B2B market, but today our market is much wider. We chose ChartaRe.com because it better reflects our current and future identity. The term "Charta" recalls our historical roots, while "Re" refers to the concept of recycling, a central value for us.

Journalist: What was the impact of this rebranding on the company and your customers?

Domenico Colucci: This rebranding marks the beginning of a new phase for us. It's much more than just a name change; It is a declaration of intent. We want to offer our customers a modern, easy and personalized experience. With ChartaRe.com, we have created a more scalable and integrated platform that better reflects our broad range of products and services.

Journalist: What are ChartaRe's future plans?

Domenico Colucci: We are excited to start this new phase with ChartaRe. We will continue to innovate and grow, keeping the sustainability and quality that have always distinguished us at the center. We look to the future with optimism, ready to serve our customers with renewed energy and dedication.

Journalist: Thank you for sharing this fascinating story with us, Mr. Colucci. I wish you all the best for the future of ChartaRe.

Domenico Colucci: Thanks to her, it was a pleasure to share our evolution.
