The exact amount is shown in your shopping cart or order summary before your purchase is confirmed.

The times indicated are estimates and do not constitute essential terms of delivery, unless this character has been expressly agreed with Rossi Carta S.r.l.

Unless otherwise agreed, for Consumers, delivery will in any case take place within 30 days of the conclusion of the contract, in accordance with the provisions of Article 61 of the Consumer Code.
5. Delays in delivery
In the event of a delay, Rossi Carta S.r.l. will inform the Customer as soon as possible and provide available updates on the status of the order.
For Consumers, if the delivery does not take place within the agreed term or within the term provided for by law, the Customer may invite Rossi Carta S.r.l. to make the delivery within a further term appropriate to the circumstances.

6. Shipping Confirmation and Tracking
When the order is entrusted to the courier, the Customer will receive a shipping confirmation email containing, when available, the tracking number or link.
Updates shown by the tracking system are provided directly by the carrier and may be subject to update delays.
7. Address and delivery data
The Customer is required to carefully check the delivery address and related data before confirming the order.
Rossi Carta S.r.l. is not liable for delays or non-deliveries resulting from incomplete or inaccurate addresses or incorrect information provided by the Customer, except in cases directly attributable to Rossi Carta S.r.l.
If the order has not yet been shipped, the Customer can request a change of address by contacting shop@chartare.com promptly. The change cannot be guaranteed if the order has already been entrusted to the courier.
8. Checking packages on delivery
At the time of delivery, the Customer is invited to check:
- that the number of packages received corresponds to that indicated in the transport document;
- that the packaging is intact, unopened, wet, crushed, perforated or visibly damaged;
- that there are no obvious anomalies or tampering.
In the presence of visible damage or anomalies, the Customer is invited to accept the shipment by placing a specific and justified reservation on the courier's document, describing the problem encountered, for example: "crushed packaging", "open package", "wet package" or "tampered tape".
A generic reservation, such as "accepted with reservations," may not be sufficient for the purposes of contesting the carrier.
9. Reporting damage or missing products
In the event of damage, missing products or other anomalies, the Customer is invited to contact Rossi Carta S.r.l. promptly and, preferably, within 24 hours of delivery, by writing to shop@chartare.com.
The Communication should contain:
- the order number;
- a description of the problem;
- photographs of the outer packaging;
- photographs of the shipping label;
- photographs of damaged products;
- copy or indication of any reservation affixed at the time of delivery.
Reporting within 24 hours allows faster management of the file with the courier. For Consumers, failure to comply with this deadline does not automatically entail the loss of the rights recognized by the legislation on the legal guarantee of conformity.
10. Risk Passing
For Consumers, the risk of loss or damage to the products passes to the Customer when the latter, or a third party designated by him other than the courier, physically acquires possession of the goods.
If the carrier has been chosen independently by the Consumer and this choice has not been proposed by Rossi Carta S.r.l., the risk passes to the Consumer at the time of delivery of the goods to the carrier, without prejudice to the rights against the latter.
For Professional customers, the provisions of the Civil Code and the General Conditions of Sale apply.
11. Non-delivery
In the event of the absence of the recipient, the courier may make a new delivery attempt, leave a notice or deposit the shipment at a location or collection point, according to its operating methods.
The Customer is required to follow the instructions provided by the courier and to collect the shipment within the communicated terms.
Any costs deriving from storage, return to the sender or new shipment, if caused by an incorrect address, the repeated absence of the recipient or the failure to collect it not attributable to Rossi Carta S.r.l., may be charged to the Customer within the limits permitted by law.
12. Force Majeure
